Service Focus
Reggie has 30 years of experience with advanced vacuum technology equipment and processes. He is expert in leak detection with a helium tracer gas mass spectrometer and in using a residual gas analyzer to measure the background gasses in a vacuum chamber.
About Reggie
Reggie started his career as a Marine helicopter pilot. Then he moved to semiconductor manufacturing, where worked specifying vacuum pumps, exhaust abatement systems, and vacuum hardware (valves, instrumentation, and vacuum chambers) used to construct tools used in the fabrication of semiconductor devices. He developed expertise in troubleshooting vacuum equipment faults and has extensive experience in leak detection and vacuum system diagnostics.
Reggie supported needs of vacuum equipment users in a broad spectrum of vacuum products and services. These include aerospace/defense, R&D in university and government labs, analytical instruments, OEMs, semiconductor development and manufacturing, automotive, wear and optical coating; industrial manufacturing and chemical processing. He is expert in vacuum system design.
